Shipping

U.S.A. and Canada
Domestic Orders are calculated by weight. $6.22 -$20.00 depending on the weight. Orders are shipped via USPS with tracking and insurance. Please allow 6-8 business days for delivery.

International Orders: 
Please contact hello@blumestudio.com for international shipping rates. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country and are not included in the total at checkout. Payment of any duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, with the fees being collected at the time of delivery. Blume Studio is not responsible for customs duties and import taxes.

Returns

Each Item is handmade and unique and will vary slightly from the images on the website. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return and receive full refunds on items unused and in original condition within 15 days of purchase. We do not assume responsibility for items lost by the customer in the course of wearing the jewelry. Shipping fees unfortunately are not refundable. Blume Studio is not responsible if the return package is lost or the items are damaged in the mail.

Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold Blume Studio harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the site.
